The hospitality of the staff was heartwarming.

Unfortunately, our room never felt warm enough. Cold air constantly seeping through the window made for uncomfortable nights, especially with the frigid temperatures outside. It was disheartening, as we had hoped for a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes.

absolutley charming place, if you can ignore the cold air seeping through the window and the trouble reaching it, especially in snow. i expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but what do i know? almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t, the inconsistencies were too much. should’ve been better.

Waking up to a splendid sunrise over the mountains was a true delight. The friendly staff even helped us with ski arrangements, enhancing our peaceful getaway.

However, reaching the hotel was a bit challenging, especially when snow started to fall. we had to coordinate our rides carefully to avoid long waits.

Staying in the Japanese-Style Quadruple Room with Shared Bathroom for a night was quite the adventure. The breakfast and dinner blew me away. every bite was delicious and filled with local flavors. The mountain views were stunning, adding to the cozy atmosphere of the place. The easy ski in and out access made hitting the slopes effortless, enhancing our snowy getaway. However, getting to the hotel posed a bit of a challenge. The location is remote, and if it snows heavily, you might struggle to reach it. Planning a ride back to the hotel after a day of skiing is essential. The cold air seeping through the window was uncomfortable, making the room feel chilly, especially at night. Despite these issues, the experience was memorable, thanks to lovely views and superb dining.
